3. I am trying to install only the Creative Cloud app on Windows, which I run through Parallels on my iMac. I am getting a message saying the installer can't be run from a network drive, and sure enough, when I look in the Windows File Explorer, the location is Network Mac Home Downloads.

Right-click on the file you downloaded and select Extract All to unpack the installation files. When the extraction completes, open the folder that was created and double-click on the InstallCC batch file to begin the installation. A command prompt and and an installation window will appear as it installs.
